The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the Grand Cru village of Cramant. Pale golden color with fine mousseux. Slight nuttiness on the nose. On the palate, stone fruit, ripe citrus, and floral notes. Creamy mouthfeel. The low dosage beautifully expresses the chalky minerality. Very long finish, with great aging potential.
The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are aged in steel tanks and mature on the lees for 3-6 years depending on the quality. All champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be drunk from large glasses. Then they reveal their full greatness.

The champagne house was founded in 1986 by two descendants of well-known winemaking families from the Côte des Blancs, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet. Starting with 5 ha, the family now owns 13.5 ha, including 6 in the best Grand Cru sites of the Côte de Blancs in the villages of Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Since 2012, their son Charles has been running the estate in the same trusted manner.
