Franciacorta Perpetuelle Zero Dosage by Camilucci – 100% Chardonnay from the moraine hills of Franciacorta.

The Franciacorta Perpetuelle 14/19 Zero Dosage from the Camilucci winery is an exceptional sparkling wine. It combines terroir, time, and artisanal precision in perfect harmony.

The Franciacorta "Perpetuelle" by Camilucci is an innovative sparkling wine with a unique concept. The best selection of past vintages of Anthologie Blanc (another Franciacorta from the winery) is united into a renewed refined cuvée. An "eternal" blend that is recreated year after year, preserving its distinctive identity. Only excellent millesimato Chardonnay wines form the basis of this characterful Franciacorta – uncompromisingly selected and vinified with the highest precision.

In the glass, it presents itself as complex and elegant. Ripe yellow fruits, delicate yeast notes, and mineral nuances combine with a creamy mousse. On the palate, it is harmonious, precise, and balanced, with calm confidence and great length.

Thanks to its structure and elegance, Franciacorta Perpetuelle Zero Dosage is an ideal companion for all courses.

At least 40 months of aging, creamy mousse, fine minerality, and harmony. Limited production for discerning connoisseurs.

The vines grow in Rodengo Saiano at around 200 m above sea level on moraine hill soils, which give the wine its precise minerality and structure. The average vine age of 25 years, dense planting, and consistent yield reduction ensure exceptional concentration and elegance.

After gentle whole-cluster pressing, vinification takes place under temperature control in stainless steel. The maturation includes:

6–8 months aging in stainless steel

at least 24 months on the lees during secondary fermentation

an additional 6 months bottle aging

In total, the Perpetuelle matures for at least 40 months before it reaches the market – without dosage, pure and unadulterated.

This is Stefano's philosophy, whose portrait adorns every bottle, as the sketch of his head is the logo on all labels.

Here in Franciacorta, a small area in the foothills of the Alps, just a few kilometers from Lake Iseo and Brescia, in Lombardy, in the municipalities of Rodengo Saiano, Ome, Monticelli Brusati, and Gussago, with special microclimatic characteristics resembling the Mediterranean climate, this area is unique despite its location.

Right here lies the Camilucci winery amidst those gentle hills where vines have been growing for centuries, producing rare and high-quality products since ancient times.

In this region, the orographic features and special location create ideal climatic conditions for growing grapes with a distinctive aromatic bouquet, especially Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero, which are rich in scents and flavors.

As a result of centuries of cultivation knowledge and the skill of master winemakers, Camilucci's Franciacorta embodies the essence of the region's winemaking tradition in every drop, without forgetting the family winemaking heritage that Stefano Camilucci has passionately inherited. To the traditional savoir-faire, Stefano adds his personal touch: innovation and experimenting with new harmonious combinations to make the nectar of his grape varieties unique and captivating.

All wines are aged only in steel tanks to prevent oxidation, and nowadays only zero dosage wines (i.e., without added sugar) are vinified.

I personally met Stefano years ago at ProWein and was already impressed by the wines back then. Now in 2026, the opportunity has finally arisen to include these wines in the range.
