The Franciacorta Anthologie Blanc Zero Dosage Millesimato from Camilucci is a sparkling wine of exceptional finesse that delights discerning palates. Its name “Anthologie” is derived from Greek and originally means “Florilegium” – a floral anthology that also reflects the careful foundation of this exquisite vintage wine.

With an annual production of only 8,000 bottles, this Franciacorta from the house of Camilucci remains an exclusive drop for connoisseurs and lovers of exceptional sparkling wines. Its Zero Dosage philosophy – without added sugar – emphasizes the natural purity of the Chardonnay grapes and makes it the ideal companion to fine dishes, from delicate seafood to refined poultry dishes.

Origin & Terroir

This Franciacorta D.O.C.G. Riserva is made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay from the best vineyards in Rodengo Saiano, where the oldest vines are up to 25 years old. The soils of the moraine hills are long weathered, rich in fossils, and mineral-rich – perfect conditions for the complexity and expressiveness of this wine.

The winemaking is gentle, with controlled temperature in stainless steel, followed by aging for 6–8 months in tanks. The second fermentation and at least 30 months of lees aging give the Anthologie Blanc Zero Dosage its characteristic power, elegance, and lively energy, while the subsequent 6-month bottle aging perfects its finesse and harmony.

Camilucci

"Strict in respecting the terroir, unconventional in creating new aromatic blends" - Stefano Camilucci

This is Stefano's philosophy, whose portrait adorns every bottle, as the sketch of his head is the logo on all labels.

Here in Franciacorta, a small area in the foothills of the Alps, just a few kilometers from Lake Iseo and Brescia, in Lombardy, in the municipalities of Rodengo Saiano, Ome, Monticelli Brusati, and Gussago, with special microclimatic characteristics resembling the Mediterranean climate, this area is unique despite its location.

Right here lies the Camilucci winery amidst those gentle hills where vines have been growing for centuries, producing rare and high-quality products since ancient times.

In this region, the orographic features and special location create ideal climatic conditions for growing grapes with a distinctive aromatic bouquet, especially Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero, which are rich in scents and flavors.

As a result of centuries of cultivation knowledge and the skill of master winemakers, Camilucci's Franciacorta embodies the essence of the region's winemaking tradition in every drop, without forgetting the family winemaking heritage that Stefano Camilucci has passionately inherited. To the traditional savoir-faire, Stefano adds his personal touch: innovation and experimenting with new harmonious combinations to make the nectar of his grape varieties unique and captivating.

All wines are aged only in steel tanks to prevent oxidation, and nowadays only zero dosage wines (i.e., without added sugar) are vinified.

I personally met Stefano years ago at ProWein and was already impressed by the wines back then. Now in 2026, the opportunity has finally arisen to include these wines in the range.

It's worth trying!
