After an extended aging in the wine cellar, the Brut Nature reveals itself as wonderfully elegant and rich in aroma. The cuvée is characterized by a deliberately prolonged autolysis, which further highlights the excellent quality of the grapes from the best Cru vineyards of Champagne.
This wine composition, made mostly from Chardonnay but also Pinot Noir, was created without any artifices. A small portion of Meunier completes the blend with finesse and contributes to the pure, balanced character of the champagne.
55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier
