Aurelie & Florian Laval: Ut Prius

Aurore and Florian are the children of Michel Laval, one of the most famous winemakers from the Vallée de la Marne. Together, they have been bottling their own champagnes for some time now, and they are gradually but surely taking the reins in the family business.

Florian is a free spirit and artist who loves experimenting with a variety of barrels and amphorae. What the siblings are producing together is already truly impressive.
