SardiniaThe grapes are hand-picked when they are overripe on the vine. After gentle pressing, the wine is slowly fermented at 22-25 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks and then aged in Barrique barrels.
The wine shines with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, there is a delicate bouquet of apricots, honey, and candied fruits. On the palate, it is round, sweet, almost dessert-like, rich, with a spicy character.
