Pancetta! By now, it should be familiar from every cooking show. One of Italy’s major export hits, and rightly so.

Here in the large, rolled version. Naturally, not as hard and dry as the flat variety.

The streaky pork belly comes from local Tuscan pig breeds. The pieces are strongly seasoned. They mature for several months and are highly recommended thinly sliced on bread or in pasta sauces.

Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, natural flavors, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252 and E250.

Store in a cool, dry place.

The actual weight may differ significantly from the product description, as everything is still handmade. Weight varies between 2.5kg and 4kg. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight. If there is a lower weight difference, a refund will of course be issued afterward. However, in case of a significant weight increase, an additional charge will be applied.

As a sausage and ham factory, we specialize in the processing and preservation of ham, various sausages, and cooked products made from selected and genuine raw materials.

Production still follows the old family recipes of the Vasco Sassetti family.

Today, they are mainly known for processing pork and wild boar meat from Italian farms and for allergen- and gluten-free production of sausages with traditional flavors.
