Rhein Gin, 46% vol., 500 ml

A gin with a very clear profile. Only juniper goes into the bottle here (and of course pure alcohol blended with water). No long list of botanicals, no sugar, and no frills. Rhein Gin sticks to what works and does well by it. Speaking of good: the juniper used here must be of excellent quality. The nose is not only resinous and piney but also bursts with licorice, vanilla, fennel, and slightly fruity notes.
