They are the original form of Tartufi dolci, born in a small Piedmont town near the truffle capital Alba: The Tartufi dolci extraneri.
14 deep dark truffle pralines wrapped in chocolate brown paper come in a pretty, transparent gift bag. Very fine dark chocolate gives the extra dark Tartufo a special bitterness and intensity. The sweet Piedmont hazelnuts IGP crunch with every bite. The bitter aroma gives this chocolate truffle a mature character – an exciting truffle specialty that pairs very well with a barrel-aged Grappa.
