The Wild Plums of Piedmont are a centuries-old plum variety. They are famous for their deep blue color and their intense, very sweet flavor. At the van Nahmen cider mill and private pressing facility in Hamminkeln, Rhineland, fruit processing has a long tradition. Nothing is removed or added to the juices: no preservatives, no flavorings. Special attention is given to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultivars.
