FriuliFrom fresh pomace selected by the Nonino family, including Cabernet, Merlot, and Schioppettino. The aging took place for five years in barriques made of Limousin, Nevers, and Grésigne oak, and small former Sherry casks in the Nonino cellars. Amber-colored, bright and inviting. On the nose, full-bodied and intense with notes of strudel, pastry, cherries, and chocolate. Powerful and at the same time velvety. On the palate, the aromatic notes are confirmed and additional fruity notes such as apricot, vanilla, and almond appear. Before tasting, the Antica Cuvée Riserva Cask Strength should rest in the glass for a few minutes. Through the absorption of oxygen, the aromas unfold, and the harmony between nose and palate becomes more complete.
