The Francis Blanchet winery specializes in classic, minerally fresh Sauvignon Blancs that still bring the wonderful fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc fully into the glass. The Domaine, which is only 13.5 ha in size, is run as a traditional family winery. Father and son work hand in hand with each other and, as a Haute Valeur Environnementale operation, also hand in hand with nature. This way, they perfectly capture the typical minerality of the vineyards, which are particularly rich in flint in this region, in the bottle.
