The Brut Majeur is the perfect representation of AYALA's style. The house's emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay, is found in this cuvée at 55%. The full clarity and elegance of Chardonnay are expressed in this wine.
The low dosage and vinification in 120 small stainless steel tanks also reflect the pursuit of simplicity and guarantee the preservation of primary aromas. A three-year aging period provides the final refinement of this balanced, precise, and elegant cuvée, which exhibits great finesse.
Assemblage of 43% reserve wines from 70 different vineyard sites of the 2019-2016 vintages.
