La Bollina Tinetta is an aromatic rosé wine made from Nebbiolo, the grape variety typically used for Barolo, grown in the Alto Monferrato area of Piedmont. It shows a bright, sparkling salmon-pink color. On the nose, Tinetta entices with an intense and fruity bouquet of floral notes, along with hints of cherry, currant, and strawberry. On the palate, it is balanced and well-structured for a rosé, with a fine sweet fruit finish.
A balanced, dry rosé that offers a wonderful harmony of freshness and depth, juiciness and light tannins, finesse and drinkability.
Nebbiolo grapes from Alto Monferrato in Piedmont are used to produce the Tinetta Rosè. The grapes are pressed slowly and gently, and fermentation takes place at a low temperature (10 – 12°C) for about 14 days. The refinement happens in stainless steel tanks on the lees, with regular bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) at a low temperature to preserve freshness and fruitiness and to give the wine structure and balance.
