Only particularly starch-rich potatoes of the Pirol variety are used for the barrel-aged vodka. They are planted in the Eifel and processed into an alcohol that is finely mild and reflects the character of the potato through a special process with five fine distillations. After several months of aging in ash barrels, the combination of fine mildness and noble potato note comes to the fore even better.
