The fascinating thing about gin is that there is so much room for creativity. That is exactly one of the reasons why we constantly reinvent ourselves and dare new experiments. Not only is the base alcohol made from regionally grown potatoes from the Vulkaneifel the foundation of all our spirits, but we also like to try new things and let our imagination run free. The result of such an undertaking is this exotic novelty full of potential.

The fusion of Windspiel London Dry Gin from regionally grown potatoes and high-quality botanicals with the coffee distillate of the low-acid Arabica roast surprises with an exciting, stimulating taste experience—spicy, caramelized, with an intense coffee note.

The high-quality coffee distillate is made from a low-acid Arabica roast from Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The noble coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give Windspiel London Dry Coffee Gin its distinctive aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of roasted aromas as well as nuts go hand in hand with a spicy undertone. The intense, smooth coffee note surprisingly pairs well with the juniper berries in taste.

We entered into collaboration with the Dauner Coffee Roastery because, like us, they swear by sustainability and environmental awareness. With their Talhão® philosophy, they operate sustainably, transparently, and socially responsibly. High quality also plays an important role – just like with Windspiel's London Dry Gin. The novelty with authentic coffee flavor can be used for mixing cocktails on request, but is just as excellent when enjoyed neat. The caramelized, gentle character of the light roast "Caxambu Mild" harmonizes wonderfully with the typical gin aromas. Our dream couple of gin and coffee should therefore be considered a class of its own.
