van Nahmen: Elstar Apfelsaft, 100% Direktsaft, 750 ml

The Elstar used for this 100% direct juice comes from the organic farm Clostermann in Bislich, Lower Rhine, and organic farms from the Alten Land region. The Elstar variety is a cross between Ingrid Marie and Golden Delicious. Its flavor is characterized by a sweet and sour aroma. At the van Nahmen cider mill and private pressing facility in Hamminkeln, Rhineland, fruit processing has a long tradition. Nothing is removed or added to the juices: no preservatives, no flavorings. Special attention is given to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultural varieties.
