Pure apple juice as direct juice. The Schön von Boskoop, or simply Boskoop, is an old variety of cultivated apple. It was discovered as a chance seedling by a Mr. Ottolander as a shoot of a wild apple in Boskoop, Netherlands. For lovers of tart apples, it is an excellent table fruit and a superb baking apple. At the van Nahmen cider mill and private pressing facility in Rheinisches Hamminkeln, fruit processing has a long tradition. Nothing is removed from or added to the juices: no preservatives, no flavorings. Special attention is given to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultivated varieties.
