Well suited for preserves. When truffles are selected for you, we always strive to find tubers as close as possible to the weight you desire. However, since we do not cut tubers, we can never guarantee this weight exactly.

Please consume within a few days of receipt. For short-term storage, we recommend wrapping the truffle in dry kitchen paper and keeping it refrigerated in a suitable container. The kitchen paper should be checked daily and changed if necessary.

Please check the truffles immediately upon receipt. The goods are weighed on a calibrated scale with an alibi memory. Natural weight loss during transport and storage is unavoidable and does not constitute grounds for complaint.
