Probably the only gin distilled by a lady in the Black Forest. Almost all of the more than 20 botanicals, such as lavender, rosemary, wild sloes, rose petals, and blackberries, grow on the Scholerhof distillery's own fruit plantations. They are personally collected, dried, and crushed by master distiller Iris Krader. The Iris Dry Gin surprises with an opulent juniper tone embedded in floral and citrus notes. On the palate, you experience a strong, dry, smooth, and above all, long-lasting gin.
