Perhaps Italy's top winemaker, Roberto Conterno, owner of the wineries Giacomo Conterno and Nervi, has designed a universal glass like no other. It is produced by Zwiesel 1872 in Germany. Those who know Roberto Conterno know his Barolo, especially the Riserva Monfortino. Where the 2010 vintage, as usual, scored 100 Parker points, they are aware of his meticulous precision. He planned every detail of this glass with great care.

The perfect glass for naturally Nebbiolo, Pinot Noirs, but also white wines from Burgundy or vintage Champagne.

It brilliantly highlights the soft nuances of the wine while still bringing every aroma to a clear and pure expression.

Sensory originated in July 2017 from an idea by the house of Conterno Giacomo in collaboration with Zwiesel Kristallglas, glassmakers since 1872. The goal was to develop a glass that fully brings out the characteristics of great wines. The design sought a shape that would engage all the senses: thus the name Sensorywas born. Even at first glance, it expresses its full sensuality; it feels light and well-balanced in the hand; when rung, it produces a pure, lasting tone. The curved line allows the aromas to fully unfold, and the characteristic flat base combined with the outwardly curved rim gives the wine a sense of fullness and softness on the palate.
