The winery exists only because Dr. Georg Meissner decided to protect the ancient vines from being cleared. The wines are now matured at the FloBusch winery. Older vintages were still bottled by an elderly neighbor.
Simply a thoroughly interesting story, and although this is not our core business, we still had to list the wines to support the project in some way. But above all, the wines naturally taste excellent. Especially those from the vines that are sometimes over 100 years old.
