Traditional cultivation methods are used, and the harvest is done manually at the optimal time of ripeness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the winery, the selected and destemmed grapes are then macerated in French oak vats and later fermented in the same vats as well as in French oak barrels.
