Il Carnasciale was aged until the 2021 vintage just like Il Caberlot, and only after barrel tasting is it decided which barrel becomes Il Caberlot or Il Carnasciale. Since 2021, it has been clear in advance what will become Carnasciale.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis wine is bottled in 0.75 L bottles and is available one year earlier than the Caberlot. It is also a dense, concentrated red wine. Often with spice notes of green bell pepper and white pepper, accompanied by red fruits, and towards the end reminiscent of a chocolatey-spicy praline.
