Despite the lower location, the harvest takes place later than in the Contrada Porcaria because the limestone soil provides so much freshness and coolness to the site.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eContrada C has this wonderful saltiness that emerges beneath the many ultra-fine tannins.
