The Pinot assemblage took place on March 30, 2018. It recalls the crust of sourdough bread, dried grapefruit peel, soft apricots, and red berries combined with a hint of Fino sherry and nuts.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOn the palate, this eight-year-old \u003ci\u003eBlanc de Noir\u003c\/i\u003e has impressive depth, elegance, and finesse, where freshness, a clear, ripe acidity structure, and deep minerality and spice complement each other. Here again, you find distinct notes of sourdough, Fino, nuts, nutshells, and ripe cider apples and poiré pears. This is accompanied by herbaceous-fresh notes of grapefruit and bitter oranges.
